For properties valued under US$100,000.00, we apply a standard fee of US$230. Excluding VAT. While for properties exceeding this value, a fee of 0.2% of the property's value will be charged.
A Market Appraisal is also a frequently selected option, offering guidance on potential market values. However, it is important to note that this is not an official document for submission to regulatory bodies such as ZIMRA, the Master's Office, or the High Court.
